Set up in 1967 at the solicitation of the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce in the interest of neighborhood and state pioneers, Auburn University at Montgomery gives brilliant scholarly projects while supporting the capacity of nearby, state and local government – found only seven miles east of the state legislative hall. 

AUM offers more than 90 zones of study, at both the undergrad and graduate levels, incorporating exceptional projects in Geographic Information Systems, Hospitality and Tourism, Homeland Security, and Cybersystems and Information Security. The college is sorted out into five scholastic units: the College of Business, College of Education, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and College of Public Policy and Justice. Every offers undergrad and graduate degrees in customary, online and half breed designs, with courses offered in the day, evening, and on weekends.
